Understanding NPL and ECNL RL in NorCal Premier

Our playing league NorCal Premier (NP), teams compete at various levels of play, with a structured league system that provides high-level competition across different age groups.

Two prominent leagues within this structure are NorCal Premier’s National Premier League (NPL) and Elite Clubs National League Regional League (ECNL RL).

1. NorCal National Premier League (NPL)

  • NPL is one of the top competitive leagues in NorCal Premier, offering a high level of play for top-tier teams.
  • It provides a pathway to the NPL Finals at the national level.
  • The league includes strong clubs from across Northern California and aims to bridge the gap between local and national-level competition.

2. ECNL Regional League (ECNL RL)
